Patient Details:

This 40 year old mother of two was diagnosed with an invasive breast carcinoma in her left breast. She underwent bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction with tissue expanders and ADM, followed by chemotherapy and radiation therapy after being fully expanded. She is seen pre-operativly and upon completion of expansion and radiation, and then three years following her completed reconstruction with Smooth Round High Profile Silicone gel filled implants with soft and comfortable breasts bilaterally with which she is very pleased. Her nipple/areola reconstructions were performed with tattoo only, allowing her to be bra-less most of the time if she so chooses.
