Patient Details:

53 year old woman underwent left lumpectomy and radiation therapy for a left breast carcinoma. She presented with complaints of asymmetry and contour deformity of the left breast. She underwent bilateral subpectoral augmentation mammaplasty with 325 cc Smooth Round Moderate Profile Saline filled implants and insertion of Alloderm acellular dermal matrix on the left (radiated) breast. The elevated nipple position on the left breast is secondary to radiation changes.
