Age: 62
This woman was diagnosed with a left breast carcinoma and underwent a first stage left mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with tissue expander, followed by a second stage removal of expander and insertion of a silicone gel implant, simultaneous with right breast reduction. Her nipple reconstruction was performed at a final stage three months later.
