Patient Details:

This 47 year old woman underwent a delayed left breast reconstruction with initial tissue expander placement, followed by second stage removal of her expander and placement of permanent silicone gel prosthesis. She also underwent a simultaneous right breast lift (mastopexy) in the second stage. She is seen two years after her second stage surgery, prior to nipple/areola reconstruction.
