Patient Details:

This 77 year old woman presented with a twenty year old leaking silicone implant in her right breast reconstruction. She underwent revision of her reconstruction with removal of her old implant, placement of a tissue expander, and subsequent simultaneous second stage right breast reconstruction with a silicone gel prosthesis and left breast lift (mastopexy). She is seen two years following her completed surgery.
