Patient Details:

Age: 40
This woman with a strong family history of breast and other cancers elected to proceed with bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstructions with tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix. She requested to be slightly larger for her final breast size. She is seen prior to surgery, and following completion of her second stage removal of expanders and insertion of permanent silicone gel prostheses, prior to nipple reconstructions.
