Patient Details:

This 34 year old woman presented with a positive BRCA 1 gene mutation and elected to proceed with bilateral prophylactic mastectomies. She is seen before, and 6 months after her single stage bilateral and mastectomy and immediate Direct to Implant pre-pectoral (ADM wrap) reconstructions.
