Patient Details:

This 62 year old woman presented with longstanding fibrous mastopathy and breast pain, and a history of multiple prior biopsies. She elected to proceed with elective bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and bilateral immediate Direct to Implant reconstruction with Acellular Dermal Matrix. She is seen before and one year after her surgery. It was offered to her to revise the right breast by elevating the implant that had slightly dropped, but she declined and was very pleased.
