Patient Details:

This 55 year old woman with severe longstanding symptomatic fibrocystic painful breasts requested bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate “direct to implant” reconstructions. She is seen before, and one year after bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate insertion of 700 cc Hight Profile Silicone gel filled implants with use of Alloderm acellular dermal matrix. Her right implant had settled slightly lower but she was very pleased and did not request correction.
