Patient Details:

This 43 year old woman had an initial left lumpectomy for DCIS. Margins were positive and a mastectomy was recommended. She underwent a therapeutic skin sparing left mastectomy and prophylactic skin sparing right mastectomy with immediate Direct to Implant reconstructions with Acellular Dermal Matrix and permanent silicone gel prosthesis. She is seen prior to, and three years following her surgery. She had nipple areola tattooing only.
