Patient Details:

This 48 year old woman was diagnosed with a left breast invasive carcinoma after multiple prior biopsies that were non-cancerous. She elected to have bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and immediate Direct to Implant reconstructions with Acelllular Dermal Matrix and permanent silicone gel prostheses. She is seen before, and six weeks after her surgery.
