Patient Details:

This 49 year old woman underwent an initial left lumpectomy with close margins. She elected to proceed with bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate Direct to Implant reconstructions with Acellular Dermal Matrix and silicone gel prostheses. She is seen immediately after her lumpectomy and two months after bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstructions. Her scars are still pink and will fade with time.
