Patient Details:

32 year old woman with a history of severe fibrocystic breasts and chronic breast pain underwent bilateral subcutaneous mastectomies through an inframammary incision and reconstruction with bilateral TRAM flaps. She is seen prior to, and 6 years after her surgery.
