Patient Details:

Age: 37
This woman had a biopsy proven left breast carcinoma for which she underwent mastectomy and immediate TRAM flap reconstruction. She subsequently underwent a second stage right breast reduction at the time of her left nipple reconstruction. Her appearance is one year post-operatively.
