Patient Details:

Despite a life long history of obesity and weight fluctuations this 43 year old man had suffered from large breasts since early adolescence. He underwent a combined approach gynecomastia correction by Dr. Kalus with removal of 750 cc’s of pure fat from the right breast and 1000 cc’s from the left. He also had removal of 146 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 166 grams from the left. He is seen before, and two years after his surgery.
