Patient Details:
This 28 year old man presented with a defect on his nose following Mohs excision of Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) by his dermatologist. This was repaired with a V-Y flap by Dr. Kalus. He is seen before and immediately after surgery, and one year post-operatively.
