Case-1923
Patient Details:
This 43 year old woman underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate two stage expander/implant reconstructions out of state by another surgical team. She was displeased with her final reconstructions for multiple reasons including overall breast shape, and size, as well as improper nipple position. She underwent revision surgery by Dr. Kalus with partial capsulotomy and capsulectomy, implant exchange, revision mastopexies (breast lift) and insertion of acellular dermal matrix. She is seen 4 months following her revision surgery.
