Patient Details:

This 53 year old woman had undergone a prior right lumpectomy and radiation therapy for breast carcinoma and was displeased with her deformity and asymmetry. She underwent a first stage z-plasty and fat grafting for her lumpectomy defect, followed by a second fat grafting, followed by a bilateral mastopexy.  She is seen one year following her last fat grafting procedure.
