Patient Details:

This 41 year old woman presented with longstanding symptoms of breast hypertrophy including neck, back and shoulder pain. She underwent a bilateral modified inferior pedicle reduction mammaplasty having 410 grams removed from her right breast and 498 grams removed from her left breast due to some asymmetry. She is seen before, and 14 months after her surgery.
