Patient Details:

This 5ft. 4in., 170 pound, 26 year old woman who nursed one child presented with significant long standing breast hypertrophy. She underwent a modified inferior pedicle reduction mammaplasty with 605 grams removed from the right breast and 680 grams removed form the left breast. She is seen preoperatively and one year post-operatively.
