Patient Details:

This 79 year old woman with a prior history of DCIS had recently been diagnosed with an invasive carcinoma in her right breast. She underwent right therapeutic and left prophylactic skin sparing mastectomies and immediate direct to implant reconstruction with Acellular Dermal Matrix (ADM) and is seen four months post-operatively.
