Patient Details:

This 50 year old woman underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate breast reconstructions with saline implants by another surgeon. She had several complications revision surgeries including a latissimus dorsi flap on her right side. Dr. Kalus revised her reconstructions with removal of her existing round saline implants with silicone gel shaped Natrelle Style 410 cohesive gel implants, and insertion of acellular dermal matrix to improve her soft tissue coverage and support. She is seen before and six months after her revision surgery. Because of her thin nature with very little body fat, plans were made for futureADM insertion in her upper pole to improve the contour and obscure the border of her implants.
