Case-1374

Patient Details:
Age: 44
After lumpectomy and radiation therapy for left breast carcinoma, this woman did not wish to have a completion mastectomy. She therefore underwent a left “segmental” TRAM flap reconstruction of her left breast, and a subsequent right unilateral mastopexy, seen one year after completion of her surgery.
