Patient Details:

This 34 year old Asian mother of two children presented with longstanding breast hypertrophy. She underwent a bilateral reduction mammoplasty by Dr. Kalus with 534 grams removed form the right breast and 552 grams removed from the left breast. Her left nipple had settled over time to be a bit lower than her right but she was not concerned about this and was delighted with her result, both functionally and aesthetically. She is seen before and one year after her surgery.
