Patient Details:

This 19 year old white female presented with significant symptomatic breast hypertrophy since age 14 with a 36 D cup size. She underwent a bilateral reduction mammaplasty with removal of 401 grams from the right breast and 559 grams from her left breast. She is seen before, and 7 years following her surgery with a stable result and extremely satisfied, despite some weight gain.
