Patient Details:

This 18 year old college freshman was symptomatic from large heavy breasts since adolescence which were interfering with her ability to be physically active and participate in sports. She is seen before and one year after a bilateral reduction mammoplasty with 424 grams removed from her right breast and 422 grams removed from her left breast.
