Patient Details:

This 51 year old mother of two adult children had undergone an initial breast augmentation by Dr. Kalus 9 years earlier. She had gained approximately 15 pounds over that time and felt she was larger than she wanted to be at this point. She underwent removal of her 300 cc subglandular saline implants and had them replaced with 150 cc saline filled implants. She is seen before, and three months after her revision surgery, with the results of which she was extremely pleased.
