Patient Details:

This 25 year old 5 ft 7 in, 145 lb woman underwent initial breast augmentation 6 years earlier with subglandular saline implants through a periareolar approach. She was displeased with her breast shape, capsular contracture, firmness and scars. She underwent bilateral revision augmentation with pocket conversion to subpectoral, implant conversion from saline to smooth silicone gel, and scar revisions. She is seen three months after her revision surgery.
