Patient Details:

This 50 year old woman had two prior breast augmentations elsewhere, including and prior capsulectomies with removal of silicone implants, followed by replacement with saline implants. She presented to Dr. Kalus with complaints of large, heavy breasts and sagging. She underwent bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) with implant exchange using 300 cc smooth round silicone gel filled implants. She is seen before, and two years after her surgery.
