Patient Details:

This 28 year old woman had undergone prior breast augmentation elsewhere and presented with significant firmness, distortion and discomfort due to severe capsular contractures. She underwent bliateral revision augmentation with removal of her old implants and scar tissue, replacement with new implants, and a left breast lift. She is seen prior to and 3 months after her surgery.
