Patient Details:

53 year old woman presented with firm capsules and distortion, with her breasts “sliding off” the implants which were fixed, immobile, and uncomfortable in her breasts. She underwent bilateral capsulotomy with removal of her old double lumen silicone/saline implants and firm scar tissue, and replacement with new smooth round silicone gel implants. She is seen preoperatively and one year post-operatively with soft and natural appearing breasts.
