Patient Details:

This 23 year old woman had a prior subglandular breast augmentation elsewhere and presented with bilateral capsular contractures, firmness, discomfort, and distortion. She underwent revision augmentation by Dr. Kalus and is seen before and three years after her surgery with a stable result. She was not concerned about her nipple areola asymmetry which she stated had always been there.
