Patient Details:

This 41 year old woman underwent bilateral breast augmentation 15 years prior and always felt she was made larger than she wanted to be. She also noticed that gradually her left breast implant had descended, causing asymmetry and discomfort, even with her bra. She is seen before and after revision surgery by Dr. Kalus in which her implant pocket was revised and her implants downsized. She was very pleased with her final result.
