Patient Details:

This 23 year old woman presented with asymmetric breasts which she felt were too small and too droopy. She underwent a first stage mastopexy (breast lift) of her left breast, reduction and lift of her right breast, followed by a second stage bilateral breast augmentation with 400 cc round Moderate Profile plus silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle). She is seen before, and one year after her augmentation, and three years after her reduction/lift.
