Patient Details:

This 19 year old 5 ft. 6 in. 145 pound young woman presented with significant symptomatic asymmetric large breasts causing her neck, back, and shoulder discomfort, along with difficulty with exercise and discomfort with proper fitting of her bra. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction with removal of 408 grams from her right breast and 304 grams from her left breast. She is seen before and six years after her surgery.
