Patient Details:

This 26 year old 5 ft. 3 in. 138 pound young woman presented with significant symptomatic large breasts causing back and shoulder discomfort, along with discomfort with her bra and difficulty with exercise. She underwent a bilateral reduction mammaplasty with removal of 392 grams from her right breast and 548 grams from her left breast. She is seen before and one year after her surgery.
