This otherwise healthy 54 year old mother of two was unhappy with the mild asymmetry and loss of volume which she gradually noticed over the years. She underwent a bilateral subfascial breast augmentation and is seen before and 9 months after surgery. She wanted a very natural appearance and her greatest concern was being made too large.
