Patient Details:

This 47 year old mother of one had life long breast asymmetry which worsened after her pregnancy. She underwent a right mastopexy (breast lift) and left unilateral reduction mammaplasty (breast reduction) with 460 grams removed. She is seen before, and one year after her surgery.
