Patient Details:

This 53 year old African American female was displeased with the appearance of her arms, particularly with short sleeves and sleeveless clothing. She is seen before, and one year after bilateral brachioplasty. She did have some scar widening but was otherwise very pleased with her improved contour, from the front and the back.
